Hello Duewag240!

Today we (me and Walter4041) were watching car No 72 in depot Helenowek. lachen IMO it's absolutely worth repair, especially it was one of the best MKT's cars (no breakdowns).

lukstef

Wonderful picture, Walter! I would love to see Lodz one day, it appears to be very beautiful and green everywhere!

So the trick would be to store N°88 somewhere until he can be brought to Lodz?

@Lukasz: 88 is currently in question to be sold to a private person from Spain, substituted by an intermediary person from Liechtenstein; that's what I wrote above. To me, this looks like another garden shed project (39 is likely to be used as a garden shed in future)... I'd for sure too prefer seeing it in reasonable use in Lodz. Btw, the three Hageners to be delivered are again packed with DUEWAG and Lohner spare parts, there are none left in IVB's storage, just the museum society kept some at their own storage for the three cars that will stay in Innsbruck.

One day is not enough! zwinkern Well, there is a lot of green everywhere, and AFAIK also the longest tramwaynetwork in metergauge and the longest pedestrian zone (the Piotrkowska with about 6km).

Zitat:

Yes, or Lodz should get the #39 and #88 should become a garden shed. augen rollen

Hello everybody,

I went to the depot quite early (at 6.00am) and car 81 was already unloaded... Everyday depot team, which begins work at six, start working with new delivered car (installation of pantograph, etc.). Unfortunately todays (weekend) crew didn' t do anything within one hour, so I have only photos of car 81 standing on backyards without pantograph.

Gruesse,
lukstef

P.S. More photos on Manni website later.

Hi,

@82: Looks nice. big grin
I think, I have to come to Łódź again in a few weeks. cool

@72: Have you found a headlight in your rack? If not, please send me a mail with the required diameter, perhaps we can look for one. zwinkern

OffT-question about the Konstal-train 1830+1831: are they the prospective museum-train?

Regards
Walter

Great, looks beautiful, one has to imagine some extras like the pantograph, but still. N°82 also looks good. MKT looks much better on him than IKB, I assure you.

Looking forward to more pictures, thanks a lot!

Lukas,

did you hear anything when the first Hagener will start the service in Lodz?

And how do the Lodz customers respectively the drivers like the Ex-Innsbruck cars?

Thanks in advance
Stefan

Hi,

Today we have public holiday in Poland and similarly to Saturday I have only photos of car 86 standing on backyards without pantograph.
I'll try to answer Your questions later. Now I have to go to work on 24 hours shift.

congratulation to car 86! It was the most historical car in Innsbruck and we are all very sad, that IVB gave this car away (instead of 83). The adavantage for you: electrical it was the best car in Innsbruck (fast, good acceleration), the only disadavantage: as all original "Hagener" cars (not 82) it is cause of the long service period in Innsbruck and Hagen a little rusty. But the cars with advertising should be more rusty than the cars without advertising...
I be gald to see forward to a second life of 86. Please keep a good eye on that car, there are so manny old "Stubaitalbahn" parts left, that it would be a wonderful surprise for us to vistit "old Innsbruck" at Lodz!

Nice greetings

Maybe 88 will be a better garden shed instead of 39.

Regarding 85: I will report here as soon as any sighting has been reported to me.
Besides, I'll be there again in the evening, probably even earlier.

Waiting for #85 MKT's authorities decided today morning to do first test ride of car #82. It went to Ozorkow two times without any problems. Obviously I couldn't not be there. lachen

Where was it taken? I think, in Ozorków between Wyszyńskiego and Starzyńskiego, isn't it?
